When an expression gets complicated, don't try to read every symbol at once.

What Is the Chunking Strategy?

Chunking means treating a multi-term sub-expression as a single entity.

The Compound Interest Formula

Zooming In: The Multiplier

Now let's zoom in on the chunk :

Key Insight:
